Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Sasha Sage is a private dating advisory, concierge and matchmaking service operated personally by Alexandra “Sasha” Vasilieva, based in Bulgaria. It is not currently a separate legal entity. For the purposes of the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws, Alexandra Vasilieva is responsible for the personal data described here.
Contact: sashaas.sage@gmail.com
2. What we collect
Application form: first name, age, location, email or WhatsApp, relationship goals, the service you are interested in and the challenge you describe.
When we work together: dating profile content and photos, social media links you choose to share, messages and materials you provide, partner preferences and what you share in consultations. Please share only what is relevant and avoid unnecessary details about other people.
Sensitive data: information shared in dating consultations may reveal sensitive details, such as sexual orientation or sex life. We do not seek it unless a service needs it. Where we rely on explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), we will ask for it separately and clearly, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Website: this website currently uses no analytics, advertising cookies or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from Google, which may receive your IP address and device information. If we add analytics or cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
3. How and why we use it
- To review your application and arrange a consultation.
- To provide the advice, concierge or matchmaking service you request, and to tailor it to your goals.
- To communicate with you, manage payments and keep records required by law.
- To protect our service and establish or defend legal claims.
We do not make decisions about you solely by automated means.
4. Legal bases
Under Article 6 GDPR we rely on: your consent; steps taken at your request before a contract and performance of a contract; legal obligations; and our legitimate interests where they do not override your rights. For sensitive data, a further condition under Article 9 applies, usually your explicit consent. Submitting an application does not by itself give consent to every kind of processing.
5. Who sees your data
Access is limited to Alexandra Vasilieva and, if the service grows, authorised team members or assistants bound by confidentiality. We use service providers: Google (email), WhatsApp (messaging) and Netlify (website hosting and application form submissions), and in future may use payment, scheduling and client-management tools. Where required, we put data processing agreements and safeguards in place.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your application details, photos, correspondence or personal history with potential matches or partners without your explicit permission. We do not publish identifiable testimonials, photos or case stories without your permission. If this changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.
6. International transfers
We operate from Bulgaria and serve clients in many countries. Providers may process data outside your country or the EEA. Where GDPR Chapter V applies, we rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful mechanism. You may ask us for details using the contact above.
7. How long we keep it
- Applications that do not lead to a working relationship: normally deleted within 12 months of closing.
- Active clients: while we provide the service.
- Former clients: only as long as needed for follow-up, accounting, legal obligations or claims.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or irreversibly anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us to exercise them. We may need to verify your identity, and will respond within one month where the GDPR applies. If you are in the EEA, you may complain to your local data protection authority, or to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
9. If you live in the United States
If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you may also have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request its correction or deletion, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We aim to respond to requests within 45 days.
10. Email and marketing
We contact you about your application, consultations, payments and the services you have requested. We send marketing messages only where the law permits and, where required, with your separate consent. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and we keep a record of opt-outs. We do not use your email address to build advertising audiences.
11. Security and age
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, although no method is completely secure. Our services are for adults aged 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
12. Third-party links
Links to other websites (for example Instagram or WhatsApp) are governed by those services' own privacy policies.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, and we will inform existing clients of material changes where appropriate.
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and the services of Sasha Sage, a private dating advisory, concierge and matchmaking service operated personally by Alexandra “Sasha” Vasilieva, based in Bulgaria (“we”). Contact: sashaas.sage@gmail.com. If the business later moves to a company, we will tell you and these terms will pass to it. By applying or booking a service, you confirm that you are 18 or over and agree to them together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Our services
We offer a Private Audit (a one-off session), Private Advisory (ongoing coaching), Dating Concierge and Private Matchmaking. The exact scope, fees, duration and payment schedule of each engagement are agreed with you in writing before you pay. Services are by application, and we may decline an application at our discretion.
3. What we do and do not provide
We provide advice, strategy, research, communication support and introductions. We are not therapists, medical or legal professionals, and our advice does not replace theirs. You remain in control of your personal interactions and decisions. We do not message anyone pretending to be you.
4. No guarantee of results
We cannot guarantee a relationship, a date, attraction, or that any particular person will be interested in you. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your location, availability, preferences and the choices of other people. We commit to the agreed scope and quality of the service.
5. Introductions and third parties
Introductions happen only where the other person has agreed. Our initial assessment of potential matches is based on information available to us and is not a background check or verification of identity, history or intentions. Please take normal safety precautions when meeting anyone, such as meeting in a public place first.
6. Fees and payment
Fees are as agreed in writing and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise. Recurring services renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel a recurring service by written notice at least 14 days before the next payment date; we do not refund the period already paid for, except where the law requires. If you miss a scheduled session without 24 hours' notice, we may treat it as delivered; we will normally try to reschedule where we reasonably can.
7. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing to a service. If you ask us to begin earlier, you may have to pay for the part already provided, and the right is lost once the service has been fully provided. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you cannot lawfully give up.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to treat everyone with respect, and not to use our services to harass, pressure, deceive or harm anyone, or for anything illegal. You must not share or misuse another person's contact details or private information obtained through us. We may suspend or end a service immediately if you breach these terms or behave disrespectfully toward our team or anyone we introduce, and in that case we may keep fees for work already carried out.
9. Confidentiality and content
We keep your information confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. You keep ownership of the photos and materials you provide and allow us to use them only to deliver your service. We will not publish your name, photos or story as a testimonial without your permission. Our content, texts, methods and materials are ours, and you may use them only for your own personal benefit.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the actions or decisions of third parties, or for outcomes of dates and relationships. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Changes and availability
We may update these terms or the website, and the current version applies to new engagements. Changes to an existing engagement need your agreement.
12. Website content, links and availability
The texts, design, branding and other content of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, adapt or republish them for commercial purposes without our written permission. The website may link to third-party sites such as Instagram or WhatsApp. We do not control them, are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them. To the extent the law allows, the website is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we do not guarantee that it is always available, accurate or free of errors.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. Disputes are handled by the competent courts of Bulgaria, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights to bring a claim where you live. We would like to resolve any concern directly first, so please contact us. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
